This is for someone that is looking for coaching, but has an understanding of the concepts I cover in my other programs. This may include individual coaching after taking the E-Course, mentorship, you’ve worked with me in the past, nutritional coaching outside of colonics, or you need more time together after the 3 Month Program. The Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire or Food & Mood Journal Analysis can be added à la carte and reviewed during a session.
